Jared got his start in operations at Six Flags, managing large teams and learning how to keep things moving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. That hands-on experience sparked a lasting interest in how systems and people work together—and eventually led him into corporate finance, where he brought an operator’s mindset to financial strategy.

Since then, he’s worked across industries like agriculture, manufacturing, and hospitality, often with family-owned or founder-led businesses. At Cline Family Cellars, he led finance operations for a portfolio of companies, rolling out a new ERP system, building a data warehouse, and helping teams use data to drive smarter decisions.

Jared launched JATD Consulting in 2023 and now partners with Azmera Consulting to help clients scale with structure. His sweet spot is at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology—whether that means refining processes, integrating systems, or designing tools that actually get used.

He holds an MBA from Sonoma State University, where he also spent a few years teaching finance and ops. These days, he’s focused on helping growing businesses build the foundation they need to go further, faster.
